Hi there..welcome to Wikipedia. Sure, I can help you get integrated. First order of business is to contain conversations to peoples discussion page as opposed to their user page (tabs at the top). User pages are intended for stuff the user wants others to know about. Mine was empty as I generally prefer it that way.

I'd suggest reviewing some topics you know something about and seeing if you can improve the current ones. Just ensure that you additions are 'encyclopedic' and don't push a point of view (POV as we call it). I like to click the Random article link to bring up things I might not normally come across and see if I can't just learn something as I fix someone elses' spelling or grammar.
