The Moreno Valley Mall at Towngate is a shopping mall located on the former site of the Riverside International Raceway in Moreno Valley, California. Moreno Valley Mall is unusual in that it has directly contracted a Police Service for security, instead of a 'for hire' Security service as is usual for Shopping Centres.[1]
