I'm removing the sentence "This precedent set in this case has not been deemed to extend to other U.S. professional sports, making it seemingly both anamolous and anachronistic, as major league baseball is now a multi-billion dollar industry, but later Supreme Court decisions have failed to overturn the precedent, nor has Congress acted to change the situation." Not only is this an editorial statement, the opinion of the writer, but it's not entirely accurate - the NFL has at least some antitrust exemption.[1] SixFourThree (talk) 21:21, 18 April 2008 (UTC)SixFourThree
