Ballymacelligott (Irish: Bailemhiceilegóid) is a parish in the north of County Kerry, Ireland. It is also very well known for its handball, (a GAA game) which is widely played through-out Ballymacelligott and Ireland.[citation needed]
It is reputedly the largest parish in the 32 counties of Ireland. It is populated by many interesting characters that are only too happy to stop and share a chat and a joke; these aforementioned characters include 'Roundy' and'Randy'.
