Baiomys is the genus of New World pygmy mice. It is the only genus in the tribe Baiomyini. It currently contains two extant species:
- Baiomys musculus (Southern pygmy mouse)
- Baiomys taylori (Northern pygmy mouse, Ratón-pigmeo norteño)
