Baillie Gifford is an independently owned investment management firm based in Edinburgh, Scotland. It is owned and run by 30 of its senior executives who operate as a partnership, a structure which has endured for almost a century. The firm's current senior partners are Alex Callander and Charles Plowden.
Its assets under management now exceed £55 billion (US$110 billion).
