Bai Enpei

Bai Enpei (Chinese: 白恩培; Pinyin: Bái Ēnpéi; born 1946) is a Chinese politician. Bai is currently the Secretary of the Communist Party of China Yunnan Committee, the highest political position in the province.[1]

Bai was born in 1946 in Shaanxi Province.[1] Bai was re-elected to as Secretary by the Yunnan Provincial People's Congress on January 24, 2008.[1] Bai has held this position since October 2001.
