Bahia Center is a supertall skyscraper currently under construction in Oran, Algeria. When it is completed in late 2010. This seven-story towers of forty, and also the construction of a shopping mall. The towers are designated for a hotel of 500 rooms.

Located on the road to the cliffs, as a continuation of beautiful and imposing waterfront Oran, our project is a first Oranaise in the urban and architectural. Called EL-BAHIA Center, in tribute to the city of Oran, the project is designed and will be conducted according to technical and quality built imposed by the third millennium.
Draft urban structuring plan it will be used to begin development of a coastal road which will compete with the seafront at the current qualitative and architectural aesthetics in order to create a segment of continuity urban high bill.
In a nutshell, the project EL-BAHIA Center used to restructure the center of Oran and will fully reconcile with the citizen's seafront.
El BAHIA Center aims to consolidate activity with qualitative tertiary rise residential high standing with the necessary utilities (underground parking floors, elevators latest generation, water), giving thus to the Oran ability to access an apartment of a concept and a modern comfort and miscellaneous services.
It will be the first of its kind to bring shops, apartment of very high standing and recreation in an integrated and overlooking the Mediterranean Sea.
