In am a little confused: why is my user page a candidate for deletion? An empty page should not be considered "inappropriate content". Even if you feel that way the guidelines ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Deletion_policy ) state that it is recommended that the user be contacted first with the problem before submitting the page as a candidate for deletion.
