[edit] Why "Bagram" instead of "Kapisa"?

I'd like to help improve this article. Is there a town here currently named Bagram, and is this really the city of Kapisa that also served as a capital of the Kushano-Hephthalites? Thomas Lessman (talk) 06:02, 14 May 2008 (UTC)
