Perhaps there should be the addition of the word "occasionally" between "who" and "loads". Seriously, though, baggage handlers are a common cause of flight delays and some mention should be made of their propensity to industrial action

Unit Load Device - While mainly used to describe the containers that cargo or luggage reside in during flight, a ULD is any device that is used to contain freight on a plane, i.e a pallet is a ULD.Mur38 06:00, 25 February 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Damage to luggage
