BAE Systems Integrated System Technologies (known informally as Insyte) was formed on May 3, 2005 by bringing together BAE Systems' interests in C4ISR and the UK operations of AMS following the Eurosystems Transaction.

Its headquarters is in Frimley, Surrey, but the major activities of the division are carried out across a large number of other sites throughout England and Scotland.

The division is a major supplier of defence electronics, integrated command & control (C²) systems, radars, simulators, meteorological systems, data links and C4ISR battle management systems.
