Badwy Tony is an AE Artist had born in 1964 Port Said Egypt, he is also Swiss Citizen He is presently living in Zurich, Tony has studied Sociology, English, fine art. in the year 1996 , Tony had managed for Two years a Metropolitan Museum of ART NY Shop in Zürich. His Art work has inspired by people furthermore his life Experiences. He painted mostly with His hand and Fingers in an expressive way. He loved traveling , as well as working for Museums. constantly he keeps on expanding his artistic horizon. in 1998 Tony pops in the Art University in Zurich (HGKZ) to study special fields like Sculpture , Figurative drawing . Tony art work is very Expressive , but shows a sensitivity, in additional to a real love for colors. He has found his own unique way of expression in Softness Abstract Expressionism movement. Over years Tony Badwy has been teaching Art techniques and exhibiting his work with successful in Various Galleries in Switzerland and in Soho - NY, Tokyo, in 2005 was his exhibition in Germany - Leipzig Juli 2005, next exhibition .1n 2007 World exhibition in Geneve.

Radio Interview John :Why Badwygrafy? Tony ;you know John; While I didn‘t paint as much as I would have liked, I did spend more Time looking at things a bit differently than I normally would have during the course of the years. I wanted something original and unique , unlike any style of art works , John ; what does art mean to you? Tony :Oh those kind of difficult questiones Art is meant to feel good and be enjoyed. Art for me became important than food or any drink, it became the air I need to keep me alive, at the beginning I thought that I am escaping of the System. John : are you ? Tony ;yes of cours I do escape , cause if your work bores you, or feels more like a punishment than pleasure, then you better start to think of living and seeking for the pleasure in life, the system want to keep your energy for their benefits , they wouldn‘t give you your freedome ,But I took it, they will call you queer , I don‘t care , cause life is very short to be wasted in a routine. Routine is the killer of any enjoyment so I had a hard time going through my choise of freedom, Just leave all behind , John ; did you leave everything behind for Art ? Tony , yes I LIVE MY LIFE ONLY FOR ART . HOWEVER THAT SOUND VERY HARD .

Badwy’s contemporary oil paintings contain Expressionism - Abstract composition and effervescent , impressive colors. which resonate with depth ,dimension,emotions, magnificent freedom of exprission. Even though the colors themselves are vivid, they are created as if beams of the Swiss Mountains sunlight are amplifying their rays to stream smothly into the colors. As he painted them with the naked hands to the naked eyes , being a colorist for Talent Company for over than five years , Tony explores the world of abstraction and displays his interpersonal through Life’s fragmented images. These images are cultivated through his experiences with his own life through Egyptian , American , Swiss cultural history. As reflections of his inner most emotions, he sets a foundation for his viewers to chalange their own interpretation of their own views , to find their own within the time they will descover daily new figures in the painting , Tony Paintings are not a fast painting , it took him monthes to preduce a painting, He paints layers upon layers on a canvas untill the colors are thick he only Stopp when he see the magic point in His Paintings . he is very much inspired of DEGAS and Auguste Rodin ( Paris) [3]

Why do I write poetery, Lyrics !? Good question . I think;becasue in each poem I do gasp for the moment that arouses a strong emotions also because of its beauty . I do dive so deep into the inner part of me, I sense the meaning beyond the letters and words that became my own mirror to reflect my outside to my inside then my inside to my ouside. poems are as dreams , they are moving through the air , the time . They may answer the soundless questions they break in your ears and let your mind arouse, but it‘s a shame it‘s a langauge that not everyone could undarstand . interviewed by John Carter 5 April 2006
