I have removed the prod template, which said that there are only 6 Google hits. That is presumably for a search for "Bactiguard Wire Brass Band". The official name is "Bactiguard Wire Brass", which gets a few more hits, and it is also referred to as "Wire Brass", which gets loads, but of course most of them are irrelevant.

Brass band playing in Britain is more like a competitive sport than an entertainment, so I think they ought to be considered notable as a Championship Section band, in the same way that sports teams are consided notable if they play at the highest level.
