Reason for the deletion request: Copyright problem: the source clearly has a copyright statement, which makes no mention of the GFDL, in fact clearly contradicts it. If "CAIS" has actually released it under the GFDL, there is no mention of that anywhere that I can see.

4. Additionally, you may want to check for Wikimedia projects that use this item and then remove or, if possible, replace with a superior item.
