The same year as Free's demise, Kossoff was able to pull himself together, moderating his drug addiction, enough to record a solo album, Back Street Crawler, which surprisingly featured contributions from his former Free bandmates as well as Yes drummer Alan White.

Disc One contains the original album digitally remastered from the original analogue master tapes plus 6 radically different versions of the opening track, Tuesday Morning.
Disc Two contains a previously unreleased version of May You Never with John Martyn, the complete 38 minute jam for Time Away, Kossoff's cover version of The Lady Is A Tramp plus a further 6 previously unreleased out-takes from the Back Street Crawler sessions.
