Baciu (Hungarian: Kisbács) is a commune in Cluj County, located in the region of Transylvania, in the northwestern part of Romania. Baciu lies a short distance from the county seat of Cluj-Napoca.

According to the 2002 census, 56.08% of the population of Baciu were of Romanian ethnicity, 34.89% were Hungarians and 8.92% were Roma people. In the commune both Romanian and Hungarian languages are used in public signage, education, justice and access to public administration.
