Babette Brown

Babette Brown (born in South Africa) is a writer on race and diversity issues in the United Kingdom.

She has written many books on cultural difference such as "Unlearning Discrimination in the Early Years" (1998)[1] and "Combatting Discrimination: Persona Dolls in Action" (2001) [2]. In 1997 Brown won "The Guardian" Jerwood Award for her work with her charity EYTARN (Early Years Trainers Anti Racist Network). She often writes for "Nursery World" magazine.
