anyone care to tell me how this article meets it? Seems like a poorly-disguised publicity stunt because someone shares his name on the internet. Note the nearly gratituitous overuse of "Ben Kuchera" instead of his - nominally - preferred B.D. Kuchera.

I also see almost no reason for this article under WP:Note nor WP:Bio.
