It's odd that so little information seems to be available about B. F. Shelton given that he took part in the historic Bristol sessions and apparently influenced so many other banjo players. Anyway, I've started us off. Any contributions and pointers to good source material welcome. Perhaps someone can verify that the photo at http://www.myspace.com/bfshelton is actually of him.Sean.hoyland 05:38, 1 July 2007 (UTC)

I don't know much about B.F. Shelton either... but I do theorize he may have gone back to prison and maybe that's why he never recorded again... Garr1984 15:47, 5 September 2007 (UTC)§
