I am a personal friend of the subject of the photo (Asha Gill) and work closely with her on web usage and web images. Currently there aren't any free-licensed photographs of her (such as those licensed under Creative Commons); however this picture comes from a promotional photo set, which is usable as long as there is credit to Tag Heuer and AshaGill.Com.—Preceding unsigned comment added by Mydemand (talk • contribs)
- If you are a friend, take a digital camera, snap a shot then upload it and release the rights. Either that or use a photo from your personal collection. Quite simple really. --Bob 00:08, 5 February 2007 (UTC)
- Easier said than done - she's quite busy, and also she prefers to keep personal pictures personal. Promo pictures are what she uses for this sort of thing. She's unavailable at the moment, but when I get a chance I'll ask her. Tiara 03:06, 5 February 2007 (UTC)
- I also wrote to Mydemand via the Asha Gill website contact, we are sorting this issue via email. The upload is legit, now just trying to find the correct license that will suit both parties. User:Zscout370 (Return Fire) 03:51, 5 February 2007 (UTC)

Who took the photo? Tag or Ashagill? Who owns the copyright? Tag or Asha Gill? or the website? If it is dual license, does Tag need to release rights? has this already been done? --Bob 22:15, 5 February 2007 (UTC)
- Already been done. User:Zscout370 (Return Fire) 02:25, 6 February 2007 (UTC)
