Błażej Telichowski (born on June 6, 1984 in Nowy Tomyśl) is a Polish footballer (defender) playing currently for Dyskobolia Grodzisk Wielkopolski. In his career he also played for Lech Poznań. Telichowski was also a member of Poland's U-21 team.
