Česky: Vlajka obce Bílá (okres Frýdek-Místek). Modrý list se zvlněným žerďovým bílým pruhem širokým jednu třetinu délky listu se dvěma vrcholy a třemi prohlubněmi. Z vlajícího okraje vycházejí tři bílé klíny s vrcholy sahajícími k bílému žerďovému pruhu, ve kterém je zelený smrk s černým kmenem.
