[edit] Justice
Hi. I notice you added a bit to Justice. You make a perfectly sensible point (that justice is one of a range of unattained ideals like freedom, peace, etc.), but to be honest, I think your addition breaks up the flow of the paragraph, making it harder to read without adding anything vital. I've cut it out for the moment, but I'm happy to be shown how I'm wrong if you'd like to discuss at Talk:Justice. Cheers, Sam Clark 08:24, 1 September 2006 (UTC)
Hi. I know it is not easy to ammend a paragraph. It seems to me that if Justice is connected to being moraly correct, then the judge must look at his Conscience before he looks at the Law. At least it may be easily understood in that sense by some. Also, the wording about Punishment may give the impression that it is a matter for people, not for Law. Injustice deserves punishment in this or that way, but not because of the positive wish of the people, but because of its content.
I don't know if it makes any sense to enter into an essay in this way, but it may be in accord with the spirit of Wikipedia. I put some other notes as well in the User:Azizesin page. By.
