Azizur Rahman is a film director of Bangladesh. He is most famour for the feature film Chhutir Ghanta.

Based on a report covered by newspapers, the movie narrates the tragic end of child who gets locked in his school-toilet. The movie became the talk of the nation for the credible performance by child artiste Shumon in the lead role. This film was released in 1989.
