Azimut is a power-boat builder based in Avigliana, Italy, it also has ship yards in Savona, Livorno and Viareggio

In 1969, Paolo Vitelli started his yacht charter business in Turin, while taking his University degree.

The company now owns Benetti, another luxury ship building company.
