Azerbaijani captives in Guantanamo

The United States Department of Defense acknowledges holding just one Azerbaijani captive in Guantanamo.[1]

The DoD identified him as and Poolad T. Tsiradzho.[2][3][4]

Sirajov was not released to Azerbaijan, but rather to a third country.[5]
