[edit] I'll look for some expert advice for you

Hi there Axyf - Another editor who you may know had earlier mentioned difficulties with images on the Portland, Indiana article. The image you've added tonight is really beautiful, it almost makes me want to come and see it myself. I am going to track down one of our image specialists to ask for some help in figuring out what information is needed to complete the copyright data so that this image won't be deleted. Because of the "free content" nature of this project, the rules are very strict and complex. It might take a day or two to find the right person and get the needed assistance. I suspect one of the issues is that the name of the copyright holder is not the same as your username; if it is indeed your photograph, you can mark it as "photo taken by Axyf". Here is a link to some information about the kinds of image copyrights here and here. I hope this is helpful. Risker (talk) 03:29, 28 April 2008 (UTC)

An alternative would be to send a brief e-mail to "permissions AT wikimedia.org" stating that you are Becca James...they will place a note on the image that we have your permission on file. But that really shouldn't be necessary for images you took yourself. I placed the license on the page I assumed you wanted (I saw "GFDL" in the permission field). You can use this {{self}} license tag in the future for pictures you took yourself. (click on the link to see the license options for that tag). It is a beautiful photo.
