AXN Beyond is a Pay-TV Cable and Satellite TV channel, owned by the Sony Pictures Entertainment - Asia-Pacific, is a spin-off of the popular TV channel AXN Asia.

The channel is set to showcase programmes that are Out of the Ordinary content. Like in the fantasy, horror and paranormal genre, such as The Dresden Files.

The channel was broadcasted first in the Philippines, prior to the controversial closure of SOLAR Entertainment channels on SkyCable^[1].

Although they claim that this channel will be available "... first in the country (Philippines) to the world.", said by Ricky Ow, Sony Pictures GM, but this channel also has a similar counterpart in Central Europe, called AXN Sci-Fi and Sci-Fi Channel in Northern America, Europe and Australia.

AXN Beyond will be soon in other Asian countries (Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Vietnam, etc.)
