Cropped version of a mugshot of Mildred Gillars (née Sisk), a/k/a "Axis Sally". Since this is a mugshot created of a person incarcerated by the U.S. Federal government, it is presumably a work of the U.S. government, and thus is not subject to copyright. I cropped out the prisoner data at the bottom because the purpose of the photo is just to show what she looked like. Found on the Web (there are many copies).
