AWM Caption: 1945. Air Commodore Frederick R. W. Scherger and Major General E. J. Milford, General Officer Commanding of the 7th Division (wearing cap) discuss the future work of the RAAF. An RAAF construction squadron has landed and will be used to lengthen captured airstrips.
