Avram Iancu made some important contributions to the European political ethos. He envisaged a European union of democratic governed nations, with open frontiers and national states acting as equal partners. His descriptions of that dreamed Europe are strangely similar with the provisions of the Maastricht Treaty. If anyone have access to his writings, please give a link to them. Thanks !
