Talk:Ave Maria College
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
What are the developments that may lead to the school shutting down? My understanding is that construction will begin soon on a new, gigantic campus near Naples, and the news articles I've read don't indicate any problems with that project.
Should this page be moved to Ave College University now, which is what the Naples, FL site appears to be called? Charles Matthews 14:01, 27 July 2005 (UTC)
- There's actually some confusion in this article between AMC and AMU. They're technically two distinct institutions, and they should probably both have distinct articles. --DNicholls 19:07, 28 July 2005 (UTC)
I agree with DNicholls, there is confusion in the article. Not only are AMC and AMU different, they are at bitter odds. Moreover, according to this article, AM Michigan is basically closed: http://www.naplesnews.com/news/2007/aug/20/beginning_weve_been_duped/ Another article mentions that the law school won't move until 2009, provided the ABA gives an "acquiesce" (permission to move. As such, I do not think this article should be merged, rather it should remain as a history of what was and a place to update the lawsuit. Bundas 00:48, 29 August 2007 (UTC)
This needs to be merged to the main school's page. --Comayagua99 06:52, 2 December 2007 (UTC)
