Avenue I is a local station on the IND Culver Line of the New York City Subway. The full-time end of the station is by Avenue I and has two street stairs. The opposte end of the station has an exit-only turnstile on the southbound side and a High Entry-Exit Turnstile (HEET) on the northbound side. The access areas on the part-time end are on the outside of the station and around a sealed mezzanine, now used as a station facility. It once had a booth.
