[edit] List of Japanese people
Hi, welcome to Wikipedia. About the name orderings, Wikipedia is meant to be an English language encyclopedia, and, for example, Toshiro Mifune is known by that name in English, rather than 三船敏郎 or Mifune Toshirō. There is a style manual Wikipedia:Manual of Style (Japan-related articles) which explains it. --DannyWilde 07:12, 7 October 2005 (UTC)
Hi DannyWilde. Thank you for informing me of the manual page. I am going to watch the change of the article's talk page for a while. --AutumnSnow 05:27, 10 October 2005 (UTC)
[edit] List of Wikipedians by number of edits
Hi AutumnSnow, I noticed you updated List of Wikipedians... with March data. Before I actually thought about asking you directly I asked a question regarding data set for the list on associated talk page. I'd really appreciate if you could pop by and look at my questions. Thank you!--Pethr (talk) 05:42, 27 May 2008 (UTC)
- Regarding this update, first of all, thanks for doing it! Second of all, could you also update WP:WBRE? Gary King (talk) 21:59, 27 May 2008 (UTC)

- FYI User:VoABot II, USer:XLinkBot, User:BetacommandBot, and a few other bots at WP:WBRE is a bot but is still ranked, by mistake? Gary King (talk) 15:48, 28 May 2008 (UTC)
Hello. Thank you for the comments.
I updated Wikipedia:List of Wikipedians by number of edits (WP:WBE), Wikipedia:List of Wikipedians by number of recent edits (WP:WBRE), and Wikipedia:Most frequently edited pages. Pethr, I hope that some of your questions are answered.
Gary King, it is not necessarily a mistake. They are unflagged bots. I can easily find flagged bots in user_groups.sql.gz of the database dump with computer program. Some of unflagged bots are listed in WP:WBE/unflagged bots. I hesitate, for whether unflagged bots are ranked or not at WP:WBRE. I would like to continue to talk about this matter at the talk page of WP:WBRE since I want to listen to more people's opinions about the matter. --AutumnSnow (talk) 07:18, 1 June 2008 (UTC)
