Template talk:Australian politics/party colours/CLP

I will not accept blue as the CLP's colour. Their colour is brown. That overrides any colour "closeness" the two parties may have. Timeshift (talk) 04:31, 17 January 2008 (UTC)
- I don't care what you'll accept. The entire point of these templates is to provide a visual illustration of the party holding a seat at anyone time, and they're completely damned useless if one can't tell the difference between the two parties. They're so similar that it makes it pretty much impossible to tell the difference on every NT Legislative Assembly electorate article. If it was changed, we may as well remove them all from the NT, seeing as they would have ceased to serve a useful purpose. Rebecca (talk) 05:18, 17 January 2008 (UTC)

- Brown for the CLP simply does not work in the electorate tables, because any shade of brown is going to clash with the red of the ALP. I don't care if you make it not blue, but defeating the entire purpose of the template so we can use the exact colour the party does doesn't make sense. Rebecca (talk) 05:39, 17 January 2008 (UTC)
