I removed the following part: ...specified that Austria would be a neutral nation. Reasons: Although becoming neutral was a de facto condition of the Soviet Union, it is not specified in the Austrian State Treaty. "Officially" Austria voluntarily decided to become neutral (Oct, 26 1955). Gugganij 16:36, 5 Sep 2004 (UTC)
