Talk:Austin 7
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Is it right to refer to the 7 as a micro car as its a. Far older than the term and b. Would have been considered as a larger type of car at the time given the way cars have become bigger across the ranges.(Morcus (talk) 00:48, 15 April 2008 (UTC))
Seeing as there were other, far larger and more powerful vehicles around at the time, micro-car can probably be justified. It definitely was not thought of as a larger type of car at the time - there was even a song written during the '30's (aptly named 'My Austin seven'), wich makes light jest of the size of the A7. I like to think of my A7 as the 1934 equivalent to a Smart.Charlski (talk) 19:11, 25 May 2008 (UTC)
