Australian Telecommunications Commission

Telecom Australia logo 1975-1993

The Australian Telecommunications Commission, trading as Telecom Australia, was established on July 1, 1975 after the disaggregation of the Postmaster-General's Department. It was renamed to the Australian Telecommunications Corporation in 1989.
