The Australian Journal of Botany is a peer-reviewed international journal that publishes original research, and sometimes review articles, on botanical topics, especially those related to Australian plants. It is broad in scope, covering all plant groups and a wide range of botanic disciplines. First published in 1953, there are eight issues per year. As of early 2007 there have been 55 volumes.
