Elections to the Australian Capital Territory Legislative Assembly were held on Saturday, February 18, 1995. The Liberal Party of Australia, led by Kate Carnell, overtook the Australian Labor Party as the largest party in the assembly for the first time. Carnell replaced Labor's Rosemary Follett as Chief Minister on March 2, 1995.
