[edit] Open road all the year

Excellent article. The "Open road all the year" is missing some translation though. The "Open road all the year" needs a fair amount of copyediting — which I'd do myself but for the still untranslated fragment "Veien skulle tjene som fergefri helårsvei mellom østland og vestland, hovedsakelig etter den gamle ruten Aurland - Hol. Bergen ". It might be worth finding a point here to submit to DYK, as this would easily beat most of the pages featured in that section on the Main Page GeeJo (t)(c) • 21:05, 10 September 2006 (UTC)

I could not find a proper word for "helårsveg" (Why in earth was this article tagged as a stub? --Frode Inge Helland 11:34, 11 September 2006 (UTC)

"The road was meant to be a ferry free all weather road between East Norway and West Norway, mainly along the old route Aurland – Hol – Bergen." This is about the limit of my translation capacity. --Frode Inge Helland 12:05, 11 September 2006 (UTC)

[edit] ISBN

FYI, I found an ISBN that does not fail the check digit test for Aurland bygdebok, fra 1835 til 1985 (revidert og oppdatert utgave) here [1] Keesiewonder 03:38, 3 January 2007 (UTC)
