Blasonierung: In Grün über silbernem Wellenbalken ein silbernes Rad mit vier Speichen (Radkreuz), belegt in der Mitte und an den vier äußeren Enden der Speichen mit zusammen fünf roten, mit goldenen Samenkapseln und goldenen Kelchblättern versehenen Rosenblüten. |
