[edit] Important facts

1.She was a sculptor and teacher.
2.Savage studied at The Cooper Union (School of Fine Art), NYC, and also at Academie de la Grande Chaumiere, in Paris, France.
3.She was married briefly to James Savage, and they had one daughter, Irene. Her maiden name was "Augusta Christine Fells".

The above has been removed from the article. We don't do important facts sections: it needs to be integrated into the text and referenced. For ref guide see WP:REFB. I've added an {{Infobox artist}}. Tyrenius (talk) 23:30, 8 February 2008 (UTC)
