Portion used	Since this is a single static screenshot, it comprises a very small portion of the original copyrighted program.
Low resolution?	Resolution is identical to the original, which is necessary for the text and graphics to be readable. A smaller size would not be feasible.
Purpose of use	The screenshot serves an important encyclopedic purpose by illustrating what the Audiograbber software looks like. A textual description would not adequately do so.
Replaceable?	Since this is proprietary software, it would be impossible to obtain a free screenshot without specific permission from the author, Jackie Franck.
Other information	The software itself is provided by Jackie Franck (the copyright holder) at no charge to the end user. Thus, it is inconceivable that the publication of a single screenshot in Wikipedia would result in any harm to Mr. Franck's interests.
