Border marker between two states: dividing the "Twin Towns" Coolangatta in Queensland and Tweed Heads in New South Wales on the east coast of Australia.
The date 1863 and initials signify when the border was first surveyed by Francis Edward Roberts (FER) and Isaiah Rowlands (R).
I took this picture (June 2005).
