[edit] Population

The previous population listed for Atwater was 23,000+ based on the 2000 census. The 2006 population according to http://www.greatschools.net/city/Atwater/CA puts it at 27,000+. Does the demographics section need to be removed since it is out of date and the population does not match, or does the 23,000+ population number need to stay?
