I think that this picture should be replaced. It doesn't include many neighborhoods that need to be recognized. For example, inside 34 includes not just Oakland City, but Fort Mac, CVM (Capitol View Manor), Capitol View, and Sylvan Hills. Also, it doesn't go further south than SR 166, and that would exclude many neighborhoods like those in NPU-Z and Ben Hill.
