Athos-Aspis is a village and commune in the canton of Sauveterre-de-Béarn, Pyrénées-Atlantiques, in southwestern France. Originally 2 villages : Athos and Aspis.
Athos is the birthplace of Athos, one of the title characters in the novel The Three Musketeers by Alexandre Dumas, père. The fictional Athos is named after the historical musketeer Armand de Sillègue d'Athos d'Autevielle (1615-1644). Autevielle is another nearby village.
