I contest strongly the reason that was given about copyright infrigment.

I here state that this description of the project is not subject to copyright (this is just a small description), and that anyway, as the author and the coordinator of this project, I release this content (project description) under creative common (I hope this will be enough).
Note: I will amend the content to try to conform more to other articles, in particular related to the references
